Another Friday night, another gig for Elvis, Scotty, and Bill at the Eagle's Nest. Unlike his appearance the week prior, Elvis was billed ahead of Tiny Dixon in the 9/24/54 Press-Scimitar. You can click here for more information on the Eagle's Nest venue and Elvis' first show there on August 7th.
The 9/24/54 Press-Scimitar advertisement is especially interesting because you can see directly above it an ad for the Bon Air Club, where Elvis famously made his Memphis debut on July 17th, 1954.
