Usually we focus on the status of venues where Elvis performed, but we're giving Res-Mor Courts in Gladewater, TX a pass because it's connection to Elvis is well-documented and still exists in similar form to when Elvis stayed there. Elvis had visited Gladewater as early as December of 1954 and reportedly preferred the Res-Mor when he was in town, specifically room 104. The receipt below is dated September 25, indicating that Elvis, Scotty, and Bill spent the night in Gladewater on their way to a show the next day in Gilmer, TX.
The Res-Mor is still around (700 W. Upshur Avenue) and little has changed externally, but it seems to have been converted into apartments. Room 104 is on the east end at the back, however since it is no longer a motel, please be respectful of resident privacy if you are visiting the site.
